老年患者急性心肌梗死泵衰竭采用重组人脑利钠肽治疗的临床疗效观察

摘 要 目的：探讨应用rhBNP治疗老年急性心肌梗死泵衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：收治AMI并发泵衰竭患者60例，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用rhBNP治疗。结果：治疗2周后观察组总有效率明显大于对照组，且BNP、NE和SCr等血清指标下降情况明显优于对照组，P<0.05；两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论：应用rhBNP治疗AMI并发泵衰竭患者安全、有效。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of application of rhBNP in treatment of the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction with pump failure.Methods：To admit 60 cases of patients with AMI complicated with pump failure from January 2011 to April 2013，all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，the control group was given conventional treatment，the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy plus treatment with rhBNP.Results：After 2 weeks of treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group，and BNP，NE and SCr serum markers significantly decreased than that of the control group，P<0.05；there was no obvious adverse effect in two groups of patients during treatment.Conclusion：Application of rhBNP in treatment of AMI pa...
