精神康复护理对精神分裂症患者的影响分析

【摘 要】目的：探究对精神分裂症患者进行康复护理的临床效果。方法：选取我院2017年1月至2018年3月收治的精神分裂症患者64例，按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，每组32例，分别予以常规护理、常规护理+精神康复护理，比较两组患者的BPRS（精神病评定量表）以及护理前后生活质量。结果：两组患者护理前BPRS、生活质量评分差异均未见显著性（P>0.05），护理后，两组BPRS以及生活质量评分均下降，且观察组下降更显著，均低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：对精神分裂症患者采用精神康复护理，可改善其精神功能，并提高其生活质量。

Abstract Objective：to explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with schizophrenia. Methods：64 psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， 32 patients in each group were given routine nursing， routine nursing + mental rehabilitation nursing respectively， and the BPRS （psychiatric rating scale） and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results：there was no significant difference in BPRS and quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing （P > 0.05）. After nursing， BPRS and quality of life scores of the two groups decreased， and the decrease was more significant in the observation group， both lower than the control group， with significant difference （P < 0.05）. Conclusion：mental rehabilitation nursing can improve mental function and quality of life of schizophrenic patients.
