体位干预在股骨骨折术中压疮防治护理中的作用
[摘要] 目的 分析股骨骨折术中应用体位干预预防压疮防治护理的重要作用。方法 方便选取该院2015年5月―2017年5月期间收治的168例股骨骨折手术患者，随机分为实验组（84例，体位干预）和对照组（84例，常规护理），对比两组患者术前压疮风险评分、压疮发生率等。结果 实验组压疮风险评分（13.4±1.7）分、手术时间（156.2±26.3）min、术中出血量（106.3±30.5）mL和对照组差异有统计学意义（P>0.05）。实验组压疮发生率（4.8%）明显低于对照组，压疮预防有效率（83.3%）明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 股骨骨折手术患者采用体位干预可有效减少术中压疮的发生，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the important role of posture intervention in the pressure core prevention and control nursing in the femoral fracture surgery. Methods 168 cases of femoral fracture surgery patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 84 cases in each， the experimental group and the control group respectively adopted the posture intervention and routine nursing， and the pressure core risk score and incidence rate of pressure core of the two groups were compared before surgery.
