NCCN指南在淋巴瘤临床实习教学中的应用
摘 要：由美国研究所、医院和教育基地等23家超级癌症网络联合机构在循证医学的基础上集体制订的美国国家综合癌症网肿瘤临床实践指南已广泛应用于各种肿瘤的临床治疗工作中，因指南更新速度极快，且涵盖多个学科的知识，这对血液肿瘤学的临床实习教学是一个极大挑战。我科以经典的临床病例讨论为加强手段，以临床实践操作为落脚点，探讨新的临床血液肿瘤教学模式，从而为实习生全面掌握血液肿瘤学理论知识，提高临床实践能力，养成较好的综合诊疗观念打下牢固的基础。

Abstract：The US National Comprehensive Cancer Network Oncology Clinical Practice Guidelines， which are collectively developed on the basis of evidence-based medicine by 23 super-cancer network associations such as American institutes， hospitals， and education bases， have been widely used in the clinical treatment of various tumors. The guide is updated very quickly and covers a wide range of subjects， which is a great challenge for clinical practice teaching of hematology. Our department takes the classic clinical case discussion as a reinforcement method， takes the clinical practice operation as the foothold， and explores the new clinical hematology tumor teaching mode， so that the interns can fully grasp the theoretical knowledge of hematological oncology， improve the clinical practice ability， and develop better. The comprehensive concept of diagnosis and treatment lays a solid foundation.
