神经性耳鸣120例治疗体会
【摘要】 目的 探讨神经性耳鸣的治疗方法和效果。方法 采用改善微循环、营养神经药物配合高压氧、微波及心理疏导等综合疗法治疗120例神经性耳鸣患者， 观察其临床效果。结果 120例神经性耳鸣治疗后， 跟踪随访3～6个月， 痊愈23例;显效37例;有效45例;无效15例;总有效率达87.5%。结论 采用改善微循环、营养神经药物配合高压氧、微波及心理疏导等综合治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment method and effect of nervous tinnitus. Methods The minicirculation improvement and verve nutrition drug therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen， microwave and psychological counseling were performed in treating 120 nervous tinnitus cases， and their clinical effects were observed. Results After the nervous tinnitus treatment in 120 cases， the followed-up lasted for 3～6 months. There were 23 cured cases， 37 cases with excellent effect， 45 effective cases， and 15 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 87.5%. Conclusion The minicirculation improvement and verve nutrition drug therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen， microwave and psychological counseling have precise effect in treating nervous tinnitus.
