贵州省高校学生对学生管理制度认同情况
摘要:目的:探讨贵州省高校学生对学生管理制度的认同情况,以便为改进贵州省高校学生管理制度提供参考依据。方法:对贵州省9所本科非民办大学的1350位在校大学生进行问卷调查,利用SPSS对认同情况进行统计分析。结果:贵州省高校学生对学生管理制度总体认知情况较高,有89.1%的学生知道学校学生管理制度,而了解该制度的占78.3%。认知方式多为自学和院系宣传教育,分别占29.56%和23.04%。学生管理制度认同呈现较高水平,其中违纪处理制度的非常赞同、比较赞同、赞同三者比例之和为91.11%,居认同首位。不同职务、不同民族的高校学生对学生管理制度差异具有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论:贵州省高校学生管理制度的认知和认同度较高,且认知方式多以传统为主。建议加强学生守则使用,巧用网络等新媒体,住宿管理制度进行人性化建设,鼓励学生干部入社团等方式,以提高认同,增加学生对高校管理制度的认同。

Abstract:Objective:This paper aims at analyzing the recognition of college students about student management system in Guizhou Province, in order to provide a reference for improving the Guizhou Province"s student management system. Methods:This paper makes a survey and investigation on the recognition of student management system among 1350 college students in nine non-governmental colleges by means of SPSS. Results:Guizhou college students have a higher overall cognitive level of student management system. The system is known by 89.1% students and understood by 78.3%. The cognitive approaches are mostly 29.56% self-study and23.04% faculty propaganda. Student management system shows a higher level for recognition, which the sum of deregulation treatment"s "extremely agree, more agree, agree" proportion is 91.11%; it tops the list.
