基于SWOT分析的大连海尔有限公司的战略选择
摘要:伴随着全球经济一体化的浪潮,国产家电要与外资品牌在世界范围内的市场上同台竞争,但资金及技术上的劣势,使得本土家电企业举步维艰。而作为海尔集团在国内的四大生产基地之一的大连海尔有限公司也同样面临着发展挑战及战略选择。文章主要通过SWOT模型的研究方法,以大连海尔有限公司为研究对象,在分析其优势、劣势以及所面临的机遇和威胁的基础上探讨大连海尔有限公司在新的战略格局和竞争环境下的战略选择,以期更好地促进其竞争力的提升,同时对其他家电企业和其他行业提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: With the wave of global economic integration, domestic electrical appliances have to compete with foreign brands on the same stage in the world market, but the disadvantages of capital and technology make local appliances electrical companies unable to move a single step. However, Dalian Haier Co., Ltd, as one of the four production bases of haier group in China, also faces the development challenge and strategic choice. With the research method of SWOT model, this paper mainly study Dalian Haier Co., Ltd as the object and explore the strategic options in the new strategic situation and the competitive environment on the basis of the analysis of its advantage, inferiority, opportunity and threat.
