胸部创伤性肺出血的X线片和CT诊断分析

摘 要 目的：总结X线片和CT诊断胸部创伤性肺出血的临床经验，进一步提高正确诊断率。方法：2012年3月-2013年12月收治胸部创伤性肺出血患者60例，所有患者均进行X线片和CT检查。结果：在60例患者中，肺内血肿7例（11.7%），创伤性肺囊肿10例（16.7%），肺实质实变影22例（36.7%），肺间质性改变21例（35.0%），均表现出相应的X线和CT表现。结论：对于胸部创伤的患者要尽快进行X线片和CT检查，对诊断胸部创伤性肺出血有着重要的意义。

Abstract Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of X-ray and CT diagnosis of chest trauma with pulmonary hemorrhage，to further improve the correct diagnosis rate.Methods：60 cases with chest traumatic pulmonary hemorrhage were selected from March 2012 to December 2013.All cases were examined with X-ray plain film and CT examination.Results：In 60 cases，7 cases（11.7%） were pulmonary hemorrhage；10 cases（16.7%） were traumatic lung cyst；22 cases（36.7%） were pulmonary parenchymal consolidation；21 cases（35%） were interstitial lung changes.They all showed the X-ray and CT findings of the corresponding.Conclusion：For chest trauma patients，patients should accept the X-ray and CT examination as soon as possible.It is of important significance to the diagnosis of chest trauma with pulmonary hemorrhage.
