输尿管镜下钬激光碎石60例疗效分析
【摘要】 目的：分析和探讨输尿管结石采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石的临床疗效、安全性及术中术后可能出现的问题及并发症防治。方法：选择2013年2月-2016年10月笔者所在医院泌尿外科单侧输尿管结石患者60例，均伴有不同程度肾积水，总结分析行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石的单种术式手术成功率、手术时间、住院时间、结石清除率，为临床治疗提供借鉴。结果：单种术式手术成功率95%（57/60），手术时间（30.3±6.9）min，住院时间（3.20±0.87）d，結石清除率100%（60/60）。其中1例因输尿管狭窄扭曲，输尿管镜进入困难改为开放手术；2例输尿管上段结石移位到肾盂改为经皮肾镜碎石或体外冲击波碎石，效果良好。结论：输尿管镜钬激光碎石术用于输尿管结石患者具有成功率较高，创伤小，住院时间短，安全性高等优点，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy，safety，and prevention of complications after the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy.Method：From February 2013 to October 2016，60 cases of unilateral ureteral calculi patients with varying degrees of hydronephrosis in our hospital were selected.Summarized and analyzed the single operation success rate，operation time，hospitalization time，stone clearance rate，to provide reference for clinical treatment.Result：The success rate of operation was 95%（57/60），operation time was （30.3±6.9）min，hospitalization time was （3.20±0.87）d，stone clearance rate was 100%（60/60）.Among them，1 case was due to ureteral stricture，the difficulty of the ureter was changed to open surgery，and 2 cases of upper ureteral calculi were displaced to the renal pelvi...
