基于能力场视角的县域烟草企业营销类员工效能提升研究
摘要：企业的发展离不开人才和人才效能的挖掘。本文从能力场的视角，分析了县域烟草企业能力场的基本要素和能力场中员工效能激发规律，构建了县域烟草企业能力场概念模型和员工效能提升螺旋模型，研究了某县域烟草企业营销类员工效能的基本情况，指出了效能提升的方向，提出了营销类员工效能提升的对策和措施。
Abstract： The development of enterprises can not be separated from the mining of talent and personnel efficiency. From the perspective of ability field， this paper analyzes the basic elements of the county-level tobacco enterprises and the efficiency excitation law in the ability field， establishes the concept model of the ability field of county-level tobacco enterprises and the spiral model of effectiveness improvement， studies the basic performance situation of the marketing staff in a county-level tobacco enterprise， points out the direction of the performance improvement and puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the efficiency of marketing staff.
