SPC烟叶复烤加工过程在烟碱含量测定中的应用
摘要：为提高对复烤烟叶过程的控制力度，云南麒麟复烤厂选取影响烟叶内在质量主要化学成分的烟碱指标进行多次抽样检测，尝试使用统计过程能力分析方法（简称SPC）及控制图，选取原产地为曲靖沾益的CC03打叶烟叶成品烟碱含量作为分析指标。借助Minitab分析软件，得到主要影响烟叶质量的烟碱含量的分布直方图、烟碱含量箱线图以及过程能力控制图。结果表明，麒麟复烤厂2016烤季加工的成品烟叶中烟碱含量的过程能力指数偏低，在CC03烟叶复烤的过程中烟碱含量的控制为一般水平，经查阅资料得出复烤过程中原料的配比、復烤的温度湿度控制、润叶方式等工序对复烤过程中烟碱的含量变化的影响尤为重要，麒麟复烤厂在对复烤温湿度的控制和润叶方式的选择等环节应该做出调整以提高烟碱含量的控制。
Abstract： In order to improve the control of the process of re-roasting tobacco， the main chemical composition of tobacco leaves was selected to carry out multiple sampling tests. The statistical process capability analysis method （SPC） and control chart were used， the CC03 tobacco leaves of origin for QuJing was analyzed.
