老年冠心病合并高血压患者降压达标情况调查

[摘要] 目的 了解该院就诊老年冠心病合并高血压患者降压达标情况。方法 回顾分析2011年1月”2015年1月该院就诊的老年冠心病（（≥60岁）合并高血压患者280例，调查患者高血压的降压达标率。 结果 纳入患者降压目标值<130/80 mmHg达标率为18.2%；血压<140/90 mmHg达标率为40.7%，血压<150/90 mmHg，达标率为53.2%。 结论 老年冠心病合并高血压患者接受降压的治疗率较高，但血压达标率仍然偏低。

Investigation of Blood Pressure in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To understand our hospital visits in senile patients with coronary heart disease patients with hypertension compliance situation. Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2011 and 2015 January in our hospital in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （more than or equal to 60 years old） with hypertension in 280 cases， investigation in patients with hypertension antihypertensive compliance rate. Results Into the patients blood pressure target value rate standard <130/80mmHg was 18.2%； blood pressure <140/90mmHg compliance rate was 40.7%， blood pressure <150/90mmHg compliance rate for 53.2%. Conclusion Elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension patients received antihypertensive treatment rate is higher， but the compliance rate of blood pressure is still low.
