中国粮食生产贸易对粮食安全问题研究综述
摘要：在加入世界贸易组织的背景下，中国粮食生产贸易对粮食安全的影响是各方面较为关心的问题。本文从我国粮食作物的生产现状、我国粮食贸易的现状与粮食贸易的地理格局关系、我国粮食生产的影响因素、我国粮食贸易与粮食安全的关系、以及我国粮食安全的政策等五个方面对中国粮食生产贸易格局下的粮食安全问题研究的文献进行了较为详细的综述，并指出现有研究成果的不足，从而提出了粮食安全的进一步研究方向。
Abstract： In the context of the accession to the World Trade Organization， the impact of China"s grain production trade on food security is a matter of concern to all parties. This paper makes a detail review of the literature on food safety under the food production trade mode from five aspects： the current situation of grain crop production in China， the relationship between the present situation of grain trade and the geographical pattern of grain trade， the influencing factors of grain production in China， the relationship between grain trade and food security in China， and the policy of food security in China， and points out the defects of the existing research results， and thus puts forward the further research direction of food security .

0 引言
对中国这样一个拥有14亿多人的发展中大国，粮食安全一直是'天字第一号“的大问题。长期以来，中国粮食安全模式的选择应该是'粮食安全的自给自足“与'粮食安全的贸易自由化“相结合的一个均衡模式。中国加入WTO是一种必然趋势，其核心内容是农产品关税减让，放开部分农产品市场，拆除非关税壁垒，逐渐消除国营垄断等。为了保障我国的粮食安全，既要考虑到国际粮食市场的动态情况，也要考虑到国内粮食市场的状况，必须密切关注国际粮食市场的动态及我国粮食安全的状况...
