抗血栓泵预防脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 观察脑梗死患者使用抗血栓泵预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法 将96例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗和护理，观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上使用抗血栓泵进行辅助治疗。2组均于治疗18 d后行双下肢深静脉血栓检测和凝血指标检测。结果 观察组未发生DVT，对照组发生DVT 6例，两组DVT发生率比较有统计学意义(P<005)。凝血指标比较无统计学意义(P>005)。结论 对脑梗死患者在常规治疗护理的基础上使用抗血栓泵辅助治疗，可以有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effectiveness of the response compression system on preventing deep vein thrombosis of cerebral infraction clients Methods Ninetysix clients were divided into experiment group and control group randomly The conventional therapy and nursing were performed in both groups In addition, the response compression system was used in the experiment group as adjuvant therapy Coagulation test and the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs test were taken in both groups after 18 days Results Deep vein thrombosis did not occur in the experiment group while occurred 6 cases in the control group.Significant difference was found between the two groups(P<005) No significant difference was found in coagulation after 18 days between the two groups (P>005) Conclusion It is effective in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis with the conventional therapy, nursing and the application of response compression system as adjuvant therapy.
