基于水杨酸法的水质氨氮在线检测系统的设计

摘要:针对解决水环境中氨氮含量现场应急检测的难题, 实现氨氮含量的在线检测,设计了一种基于水杨酸分光光度法的水质氨氮检测系统,阐述了系统的工作原理和总体设计。介绍了以ARM微处理器芯片K60为核心的氨氮检测系统的软硬件结构,并给出了关键模块的软硬件设计。检测数据通过RS-485总线与上位机进行通讯,实现了数据的存储和历史记录查询。给出了样机检测标准氨氮溶液浓度的实验数据,并与实际值进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:系统工作稳定,界面友好,测量结果精确,达到了设计要求。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the traditional ammonia nitrogen detection method cannot meet the emergency detection, and realize online detection of ammonia nitrogen in water environment ,a system based on salicylic acid and spectrophotometry is designed for ammonia nitrogen detection in water. The working principle and overall design of the system is introduced. The software and hardware structure of ammonia nitrogen detection system based on K60 ARM microprocessor is presented. The key module of hardware construction and soft design were illustrated. The detection data communicate with the host PC through RS-485 to realizing historical data storage and query. The experimental data of standard ammonia solution concentration with Prototype testing were given, and compared with the actual value and analysis.Experimental resultsshowed that the system working stability, friendly user interface, high precision results, has achieved the design requirements.
