妊娠期围生期水痘病毒感染的妊娠结局分析

【摘要】 目的 研究妊娠期围生期水痘病毒感染的妊娠结局， 以供临床借鉴。方法 65例妊娠合并水痘患者作为研究对象， 采取回顾性分析的方式对其病历资料进行综合分析。结果 65例患者水痘发生时间为孕7周～产后1周， 平均发病时间为产前（3.98±0.64）d， 伴发合并症8例。65例患者中有40例分娩出健康婴儿， 1例出现先天性水痘综合征， 24例为新生儿水痘。新生儿水痘的平均发病时间为产后（9.72±1.34）d， 其中单纯水痘18例， 占75.0%;伴发合并症6例， 占25.0%， 其中死亡2例， 占33.33%（2/6）， 其死亡原因为中毒性肝炎及肺炎。结论 中晚期妊娠或围生期水痘病毒感染者发生新生儿水痘的风险较高。新生儿水痘通常发生于出生后的2周内， 潜伏期较短的患儿易伴发合并症。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pregnancy outcomes of perinatal varicella virus infection during pregnancy for clinical reference.
