一种低压大流量外调式绝压减压器

摘 要：该文介绍了一种能提供稳定工作压力，具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻，且适用于低压大流量用的带波纹管平衡活门的外调式绝压减压器，根据其功用和性能要求，通过对减压器的受力分析、设计计算和比较，推导得出压力特性和流量特性公式，说明输入压力P入是如何通过绝压减压器结构参数来影响输出压力P出的，并根据上述特性分析，针对低压大流量需求给出具体方案和减压器结构参数（F、f、f活、K1、K2），最后通过试验验证该外调式绝压减压器的性能完全满足设计要求。

A External Adjust Type Absolute Pressure Reduce of Low Pressure and Mass Flow

Abstract：This paper introduces a external adjust type absolute pressure reduce with equilibrium valve， with simple configuration， small size and low weight，is able to provide a steady operation pressure and effectively meets the performance requirement of mass flow capacity under low pressure.According to its function and performance require，By the load analysis，calculation and comparing of the reducer，derived pressure characteristics and flow characteristics formula，it summarized the effect of inlet pressure（Pinlet） on the outlet pressure （Poutlet） through the parameters of the reduce ，and according to the characteristic，Aim at low pressure and mass flow require， specific plan and pressure reducer parameters（F、f、f活、K1、K2） is given. At last through experiment verify its performance meet the design requirements completely.
