高压氧（HBO）致中耳气压伤原因分析及护理措施
[摘要] 目的 研究高压氧治疗导致中耳气压伤采取的预防护理措施。方法 方便选取2012年5月”2015年8月年该院高压氧治疗发生中耳气压伤的65例患者进行多方面综合分析。结果 该组65例高压氧致中耳气压伤患者发生的主要原因有以下三种：①患者咽鼓管不通畅（或堵塞）有17例；②患者在舱内升压过程中调压不彻底的有39例；③操舱者加压过快有9例。 结论 找出导致高压氧患者发生中耳气压伤的相关诱因，采取一些干预方法，制定对应护理措施，可以减少以及预防中耳气压伤的发生。

[Abstract] Objective To study the hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the middle ear barotrauma preventive nursing measures. Methods In May 2012 ” August 2012 in our hospital of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the middle ear barotrauma does a lot of comprehensive analysis of 65 patients. Results Convenient selection 65 patients with hyperbaric oxygen to the middle ear barotrauma are the main reasons for the following three types：①patients with tubal patency （or jam） have 17 cases；②patients in the chamber pressurization process of 39 cases with incomplete regulating；③operating cabin pressure too fast in 9 cases. Conclusion Find out the cause of hyperbaric oxygen in patients with middle ear barotrauma related incentive， adopt some intervention method， formulate corresponding nursing measures， can reduce and prevent the happening of the middle ear barotrauma.
