博落回药材的提取工艺研究
[摘要] 目的:研究博落回药材的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以白屈菜红碱得率及固形物为指标,考察乙醇浓度(A)、提取温度(B)、pH值(C)三个因素对博落回提取工艺的影响。结果:优化的博落回提取工艺为A2B1C2,即取博落回药材以80%乙醇、调节pH=5.0、60℃温浸提取。结论:本研究确定的最佳工艺可行。

[Abstract] Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Macleaya cordata(Willd.)R.Br..Methods: The study was carried out through orthogonal experimental designed with chelerythrine as the guide,3 influence factors including alcohol concentration, extraction temperature and pH. Results: The optimal conditions for the extraction were A2B1C2,extracted with 80% alcohol (pH=5.0) at 60℃.Conclusion:The optimal process is proved to be feasible.

博落回为罂粟科博落回属植物博落回Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br.的果实。现代研究表明,博落回果实中主要含生物碱成分,目前分得多种生物碱[1,2]:白屈菜红碱(chelerythrine)、血根碱(sanguinarine)、原阿片碱(protopine)等。实验证明,博落回中生物碱对KB、P388、W256型肿瘤细胞有抑制作用,白屈菜红碱有止咳、平喘、镇痛作用,血根碱能抑制胆碱酯酶活性,还能加强心脏活动、刺激唾液分泌,并具有利尿、外周抗肾上腺素解交感作用。
提取博落回生物碱的方法较多,有乙醇提取法[3],大孔树脂分离法[4],酸水提取法等,但这些方法提取物中生物碱含量较低,纯化操作过程烦琐。本实验以酸性乙醇(pH=5.0)提取,以白屈菜红碱...
