牙周维护治疗在保持牙周长期疗效中的作用

[摘要]目的：对牙周维维护治疗在保持牙周长期疗效中的作用进行分析探讨。方法：将我院2010年1月-2010年12月收治的84例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组42例患者未接受牙周维护治疗，观察组42例患者行牙周维护治疗，对比两组患者的牙龈出血指数（BI）、缺失牙数、牙周叩诊深度（PD）等临床指标。结果：观察组患者牙齿流失数显著少于对照组，牙周附着水平显著优于对照组， BI位点比显著少于对照组，治疗后牙槽骨高度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对慢性牙周炎患者开展牙周维护治疗有利于降低牙缺失数，保证常规治疗的稳定疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To explore the periodontal maintenance treatment on periodontal long-time effect. Methods Randomly dividing 84 patients with chronic periodontitis in the hospital from January，2010 to December 2010 into the control group and the observation group， with 42 patients in each group.The control group didn"t receive periodontal maintenance treatment，and the observation group received periodontal maintenance treatment.Clinical datum of the patients in the two groups，such as BI，missing teeth number and PD，were compared.
