联合检测登革病毒NS1抗原和RNA核酸在登革热早期快速诊断中的应用价值
[摘要]目的 探讨联合检测登革病毒NS1抗原和RNA核酸在登革热早期快速诊断中的应用价值。方法 366例登革热临床疑似病例血清样品采集自2014年6～11月广东Ⅰ型登革病毒流行期间本院门诊和住院的患者，同时使用ELISA法检测登革病毒NS1抗原和PCR-荧光探针法检测登革病毒RNA核酸，然后对检测结果进行比较。结果 登革热NS1抗原检测阳性率为94.8%，登革热RNA核酸检测阳性率是95.9%，联合检测的阳性率为97.3%，联合检测的阳性率高于其余两者的阳性率。结论 登革病毒NS1抗原和RNA核酸可用于登革热的早期快速诊断，联合检测具有更高的阳性检出率。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application under combined detection of NS1 antigen and RNA nucleic acid of dengue virus in early and rapid diagnosis of dengue fever.Methods 366 clinically dengue fever suspected cases of serum samples were collected from outpatients and inpatients during the epidemic dengue virus type Ⅰ in Guangdong in June to November 2014，while the detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen by ELISA and RNA nucleic acid by PCR fluorescence probe method，and then the result was compared.Results Dengue NS1 antigen test positive rate was 94.8%；dengue RNA nucleic acid testing positive rate was 95.9%，the positive rate of joint detection was 97.3%.The positive rate of combined detection was higher than the other two.Conclusion NS1 antigen and RNA nucleic acid of dengue virus can be used for early and rapid diagnosis of dengue fever，combined detection of the two has a higher positive rate.
