中年脑力劳动者亚健康状态与健康体质测试的比较分析
摘 要：目的：探讨中年脑力劳动者健康体质测试结果与医学检测指标亚健康状态的关系；方法：对61例中年脑力劳动者健康体质测试结果与医学检测指标利用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行相关分析；结果：健康体质测试成绩优秀、良好的医学检测指标好于体质测试合格、不合格者，但通过SPSS13.0统计学软件进行相关分析（t>0.05），无差异性；结论：中年脑力劳动者健康体质测试成绩优秀、良好一样存在医学检测指标不合格亚健康状态。

Abstract：Objectives:to discuss the relationship between the physique test results of middle-aged mental workers and the medical test indexes of sub-health conditions；Method:to conduct a correlative analysis toward the physique test results of 61 middle-aged mental workers compared with the medical test indexes by means of statistical software SPSS13.0;Results:The medical test indexes of those with excellent or good physique test results are much better than those withpassing or failing physique test results,and there is not much discrepancy of the results of the two groups after a correlative analysis through SPSS13.0 statistical software (t>0.05)；Conclusion:the sub-health conditions defined by medical test indexes also exist among those middle-aged mental workers who have excellent or good physique test results.
