手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果研究
【摘要】 目的：比较细节护理模式和常规护理在手术室护理工作中的效果，阐明其价值。方法：目标性选择笔者所在医院拟行手术治疗的患者550例，随机分配，275例为对照组，275例为观察组，观察组护理方法为细节护理模式，就护理效果和患者的满意程度，对两组患者进行对比分析。结果：在护理满意度方面，观察组（89.82%）显著高于对照组（76.36%）；从效果看，观察组总体水平显著优于对照组；两组患者的心理健康和生理健康评分均有所上升，但是观察组患者的改变幅度大于对照组；两组数据差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：细节护理的实施效果显著，手术前后准备工作十分充分，医护人员间的配合程度显著提高，能够大大提高患者的满意程度，临床价值高，值得推行。

【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effect of detail nursing mode and routine nursing care in operation room，and to clarify its value.Method：550 cases of patients of our hospital，275 cases as control group，275 cases as the observation group，were assigned to routine nursing method and details nursing mode.satisfaction degree and nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared.Result：In the nursing satisfaction，the observation group（89.82%） was significantly higher than the control group（76.36%）.The overall effect level of the observation group was significantly better than the control group；the mental health and physical health scores of two groups were increased，but the change of patients in the observation group was better than the control group；the differerces were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Effect of detailed nursing was significan...
