丙型肝炎流行病学特点及防治策略的研究
[摘要] 该上阐述丙型肝炎的流行病学特点，通过对丙型肝炎流行病学特点的分析，提出丙型肝炎的发病特点、预防、治疗现状的分析。提出丙型肝炎病毒具有较高的复制率和变异率，丙型肝炎的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。合理用药治疗丙型肝炎感染者，控制传染源，在对流行病学趋势和特点分析的基础上，有针对性地采取预防和控制措施。可控制丙型肝炎的发病和流行。

[Abstract] This paper describes the epidemiology of hepatitis C， through the analysis of the epidemiology of hepatitis C， hepatitis C disease characteristics， prevention， treatment status of the analysis， the hepatitis C virus has a high replication and mutation rate， the incidence of hepatitis C is increasing year by year. Rational drug treatment of hepatitis C infection， source of infection， based on epidemiological characteristics and trends analysis， targeted prevention and control measures to control the incidence and prevalence of hepatitis C.

丙型病毒性肝炎（简称丙肝）是由丙型肝炎病毒（简称丙肝病毒）引起的传染病，HCV具有很强的传染性，一旦感染很难治愈，患者将发展为肝硬化或肝癌。在我国多地发生丙肝疫情的暴发，发病率和死亡率有越来越高的趋势。因此防治形势十分严峻，目前是全世界较为关注的公共卫生问题，丙肝无特效的预防方法，所以预防和治疗显得尤为重要，如何有效预防和治疗丙肝是当前研究的主要课题。
