基于PubMed的冠脉慢血流研究热点文献计量学分析
【摘要】 目的：统计冠脉慢血流（coronary slow flow，CSF）的研究文献，分析目前医学领域内对该主题的研究情况。方法：基于PubMed数据库，检索策略为'Coronary Slow Flow“[All Fields]。检索有关CSF的文献并调查分析，统计主题词出现的频次，使用SPSS统计软件对词篇矩阵进行聚类分析，分析得到当前关于CSF的研究热点。结果：检索到关于CSF的研究文章共189篇，高频主题词为34个，其中出现频次最高的主题词为冠状动脉循环（Coronary Circulation），出现频次为41次。通过对34个主题词的聚类分析得到8个研究热点。结论：CSF治疗药物与相关药理学作用机制，CSF病理生理学机制，CSF生理学机制，CSF与冠状动脉介入术的关系，CSF与冠状动脉造影术的关系，CSF诊断影像，CSF与冠状动脉疾病的关系，CSF与急性冠状动脉综合征的关系。

【Abstract】 Objective：To statistics the research literature on coronary slow flow（CSF），and analyze current research hotspots on the subject in recent years.Method：Based on PubMed database and retrieved as'Coronary Slow Flow“[All Fields].We retrieved the literature about CSF and investigated the frequency of the occurrence of MeSH terms and used SPSS statistical software to cluster the lexical matrix and analyzed the current hotspots of CSF.Result：A total of 189 articles associated with CSF were found in PubMed database and 34 MeSH terms appeared.MeSH term of coronary circulation was found 41 times with the highest occurrence frequence.34 terms were clustered into eight groups according to their co-occurrence.Conclusion：The drug therapy and pharmacology of CSF，physiopathology of CSF，physiology of CSF，the relationship between CSF and PCI，the relationship between CSF and coronary angiography，the diagnostic imaging of CSF，the relationship between CSF and coronary artery disease，the relationship between CSF and acute coronary syndrome.
