全膝关节置换术围手术期康复治疗及其疗效评定
[摘要] 目的 对人工全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty，TKA）围术期康复治疗方法及其临床疗效进行评析。方法 方便选取2017年2月”2018年2月该院骨外科收治的106例TKA治疗患者作为观察对象，通过数字表法随机分成试验组和对照组，各53例；对照组行常规围术期治疗，试验组同时可开展康复管理，对比分析两组临床效果，并用HSS膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度（ROM）评测两组患者臨床效果。结果 通过测定，术后试验组患者HSS评分、ROM均显著高于对照组（t=6.182、10.175，P<0.05），术前均差异无统计学意义（t=0.172、-1.684，P>0.05）；术后随访3个月，试验组膝关节功能恢复优良率为96.23%，对照组为84.90%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.975，P<0.05）。结论 在TKA围术期开展康复治疗，可有效促进术后膝关节功能恢复，提升康复效果，有着重要临床意义。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the perioperative rehabilitation of total knee arthroplasty （TKA） and its clinical efficacy. Methods Convenient select a total of 106 patients with TKA who underwent orthopedic surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were eolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by a digital table method， each with 53 cases. The control group underwent routine perioperative period treatment， the experimental group carried out rehabilitation management， compare and analyze the clinical effects of the two groups， and use HSS knee function score， knee joint activity （ROM） to evaluate the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.
