企业微博信息与短期绩效的BP神经网络预测研究

〔摘 要〕[目的/意义]致力于更好地挖掘和利用企业微博中的信息，利用信号分析方法构建了基于企业微博的信号指标框架，为有效地预测企业短期绩效提供了新思路。[方法/过程]将该预测体系应用于典型的经验品”电影行业，经过线上收集信息、辨识信号、解读信号，最终借助BP神经网络模型输出线下首周电影票房的预测结果。[结果/结论]企业微博具有很高的探索价值，企业发布的信息性内容特征量和企业关注者的结论化反馈程度等因素对预测结果的影响较大，并且包含企业微博信号的模型预测能力得到了显著地提升。

〔Abstract〕[Purpose/Significance]In order to discover and utilize the information in enterprise micro-blog better，this paper constructs a signal index framework based on enterprise micro-blog by means of signal analysis，providing a new way to effectively predict enterprise short-term performance.[Method/Process]Applying the prediction system to typical experience good （i.e.film） industry，the study collects information，identifies signals and interprets signal online，and finally uses BP neural network algorithm to output the prediction results of the first week movie box office revenue.[Result/Conclusion]Enterprise micro-blog has a high value for exploration，and informative content released by enterprise and followers conclusive feedbacks are proved to influence box office.Combined with the signals of enterprise micro-blog，the prediction model achieves much higher accuracy.
