不同手术方法对BPH伴膀胱结石疗效的影响
[摘要] 目的 了解不同手术方法对良性前列腺增生（BPH）并发膀胱结石的应用价值。 方法 选择2009年1月～2010年12月来我院接受治疗的74例良性前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者，依据患者知情同意将其中22例设为A组，21例设为B组，31例设为C组。 结果 A组患者无手术方案更改者，B患者手术方案更改率为4.8%，C组患者手术方案更改率为22.6%。C组患者手术方案更改率显著高于A组和B组（P<0.05）。C组术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间及术后置管时间显著少于A组和B组（P<0.05）。各组内对照显示，手术前后国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、剩余尿量及最大尿流率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 如选择良好的适应证，采取经尿道激光碎石同期行TURP术治疗良性前列腺增生伴膀胱结石，疗效确切，损伤小，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To understand the applications value of different surgical methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones.
