输尿管软镜碎石护理满意度调查

[摘要] 目的 通过输尿管软镜碎石手术的满意度调查，探讨高效的护理措施。 方法 选取2015年8月”2016年8月在该院接受输尿管软镜碎石手术的184例患者，并随机将184例患者进行平均分组，确保对照组、观察组的实际诊断治疗人数各为92例。其中，对照组患者只接受常规护理，而观察组患者接受针对性护理，对比并探讨两组患者护理的满意度。 结果 观察组有84例患者护理实际疗效良好，满意度达到91.30%;对照组60例患者护理实际疗效良好，满意度仅有65.22%。两组患者护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义，观察组患者护理实际疗效明显优于对照组。结论 在输尿管软镜碎石手术期间采取针对性护理，能够减少并发症的发生几率，并加快患者康复效果，提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effective nursing measures through the survey of the satisfaction degree of the flexible operation of the ureter.
