精神分裂症患者采取人性化护理管理的效果研究
【摘 要】
目的：探究人性化护理干预措施在精神分裂患者治疗中的应用效果。方法：将我院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的86例患者作为本次研究对象，按照入院顺序分为两个组，每组43例；对照组患者实施常规护理，研究组患者实施个性化护理干预，分组对比患者護理后精神病评定量表评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分以及症状自评量表评分情况。结果： 治疗后研究组精神病评定量表评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者治疗后症状自评量表中躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑评分均优于对照组，差异对比有统计学意义（P<0.05），敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性以及其他项目两组患者对比无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论： 人性化护理在精神分裂患者护理中的应用能够有效改善患者精神异常情况。

Effect of humanistic nursing management on schizophrenic patients
Abstract Objective：
to explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods： 86 patients admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission， 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing， the patients in the study group were given individualized nursing intervention， and the scores of the psychiatric rating scale， the social function defect screening scale and the symptom checklist were compared in groups. Results： the scores of psychiatric rating scale and social function defect screening scale were excellent in the study group after treatment. Compared with the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. The scores of somatization， obsessive-compulsive symptom， sensitive interpersonal relationship， depression and anxiety in the study group were better than those in the control group （P < 0.05）.
