康复护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响

摘要 目的：探讨精神分裂症患者应用康复护理的临床效果以及对其睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2016年5月至2017年5月青岛优抚医院收治的精神分裂症患者90例，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例，观察组进行康复护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较2组康复效果与睡眠情况。结果：观察组精神分裂症患者的睡眠情况优于对照组，NOSIE评分高于对照组，BPRS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论：精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量以及康复效果能够通过康复护理明显改善，值得推广。
