化瘀杀胚汤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察
[摘要] 目的 观察中药化瘀杀胚汤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 90例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组：治疗组45例予口服米非司酮200 mg/d，连用3 d，并加用中药自拟化瘀杀胚汤；对照组45例单用米非司酮200 mg/d，连用3 d，监测血β-HCG水平及包块变化情况，记录β-HCG降至正常及包块消失所需时间。 结果 治疗组成功率（84.4%）显著高于对照组（62.2%）， 差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；治疗组β-HCG复常时间短于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；治疗组包块消失时间快于对照组（P ＜ 0.05），研究中未发现与药物治疗有关的不良反应。 结论 化瘀杀胚汤、米非司酮均能有效地治疗异位妊娠，两者合用有协同作用，治疗异位妊娠疗效比单用米非司酮好。

Clinical observation on therapeutic effects of combination of traditional Chinese and medicine for trearment for eclopic pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of mifepristone combined with huayu shapei prescription in the treatment of eclopic pregnancy. Methods All of 90 patienets with eclopic pregnancyecl were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment and group and control group.The combined treatment group was treated with huayu shapei prescription and mifepristone.The control group was treated with mifepristone.The time of β-HCG reducing to normal and masses disapearqnce was obserned.
