盆腔炎性疾病后遗症（远期后遗症）中医PRO初量表的条目筛选
摘要 目的：在中医理论指导下，对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症（远期后遗症）中医PRO初量表问卷进行条目筛选，为后期的量表考核以及下一阶段制定盆腔炎性疾病后遗症（远期后遗症）中医PRO量表及确定证素诊断阈值打下基础。方法：在前期的文献研究及专家咨询结果的基础上，编制由90个条目组成的PRO初量表问卷。通过对临床调查的152名患者量表资料采用离散趋势法、相关系数法、克朗巴赫系数法及聚类分析法的分析，对各条目进行筛选。结果：最终形成由32个条目组成，包含7个证素维度的条目池。结论：形成的初量表可以应用于临床，对临高临床诊断的准确性及临床科研有一定的帮助。

Abstract Objective：Under the guidance of TCM theory， to filter the items of the TCM PRO primary scale of the Sequelae （Longterm Sequelae） of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease， for assessment scale in the late and develop the TCM PRO primary scale of the Sequelae （Longterm Sequelae） of pelvic inflammatory disease and the identification of the threshold of syndrome diagnosis in the next stage.
