投入式液位计的密封性改进实验研究

【摘 要】投入式液位计在水位测量中广泛应用,其密封性决定了产品的稳定性。通过对失效的液位计进行拆解分析,据统计显示,投入式液位计应用中近85%的失效是由密封问题造成的。因此,针对提高投入式液位计的密封性提出方案,利用理论与实验相结合的方法,通过对拆解后的传感器进行密封失效机理的研究,找到密封薄弱环节,提出密封改进措施。设计并加工新型投入式液位计,并进行实验进行分析。实验结果及现场应用效果表明,该方案行之有效。

【Abstract】The putting-into-type liquidometer is widely used in water level measurement, and the product’s stability is partly determined by the sealing performance.Based on the dismantling and analysis of Putting-into-type liquidometers out of operation, the statistics demonstrated that nearly 85% of the failure is caused by sealing problem in the application of Putting-into-type liquidometer.Therefore,a program aiming at improving the putting-into-type liquidometers sealing was proposed. Using the method of theory combining with expriment, through the study of the sensor’s sealing failure mechanism after dismantling,vulnerable spots were identified and Sealing improvement measures are proposed correspondingly.The new gauge was designed and processed.According to the experiment and analysis,the experimental results and the application effect indicated that the scheme was feasible and effective.
