全程心理护理对神经介入治疗患者术后焦虑、康复程度的影响研究

【摘要】 目的：研究全程心理护理对神经介入治疗患者术后焦虑、康复程度的影响。方法：选择2011年6月-2013年2月期间收治的42例神经介入治疗患者，按照随机数字对照表法平均分为两组，对照组21例给予常规护理，研究组21例在常规护理的基础上给予全程心理护理，观察两组患者术后焦虑和康复程度。结果：研究组术后焦虑程度较术前有明显改善，且改善效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者神经功能缺损评分、格拉斯哥评分（GCS）预后情况及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对神经介入治疗患者给予全程心理护理有助于提高心理耐受能力，减轻焦虑情绪，提高康复效果，值得临床推广和普及。
