八珍汤加减在静脉曲张经皮静脉内激光成形术后并发病防治中的应用

【摘要】目的：观察下肢静脉曲张行经皮静脉内激光成形术后应用八珍汤防治并发症的效果。方法：将术后经辨证为气虚血瘀型的45例53条下肢静脉曲张患肢按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。两组均行经皮静脉内激光成形术，对照组术后给予红花黄色素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用八珍汤，对比观察其应用效果。结果：观察组术后并发症皮下瘀斑、患肢疼痛、患肢肿胀及条索状硬结的改善时间明显比对照组要短，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论： 八珍汤内服在下改善肢静脉曲张行经皮静脉内激光成形术后并发症方面具有显著疗效。
