DCS在大型锂电池厂空调系统中的应用
摘 要：在锂离子电池生产的过程中，对电池生产环境温度、湿度和含湿量等参数都有着严格的要求，其参数主要由空调设备调节。针对目前锂电池厂房中空调设备种类众多、品牌分散、无间歇运行等特点，导致在实际操作过程中存在着数据记录繁琐、人工耗时以及历史数据查询、分析极其不便等问题。本文将DCS系统应用于锂电池厂空调系统中，可以对整个厂区的空调设备参数进行实时显示、记录和运行参数异常报警；可以生成数据变化曲线图，具备历史数据查询和生成数据分析报表功能；可以在看板上显示空调机房控制区域分布图和报警设备位置。系统实际应用结果表明，各项功能均可实现，系统运行良好。

Abstract： In the process of lithium ion battery production， it has strict requirements on the temperature， humidity and moisture content of the battery production environment， the parameters are mainly regulated by the air conditioning.
