退热洗剂治疗小儿外感发热的疗效研究
[摘要] 目的 探討退热洗剂治疗小儿外感发热外感风寒证的疗效。 方法 选取本院收治外感发热患儿110例，按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组55例。对照组予常规对症处理。治疗组在对照组基础上予退热洗剂治疗，1剂/d，2次/d。两组患儿连续观察3 d。比较两组退热起效时间、解热时间、完全退热时间及两组外感风寒证症状评分。分析两组患儿临床疗效。记录两组患儿疗程中不良反应发生情况。 结果 与对照组比较，治疗组患儿的退热起效时间、解热时间、完全退热时间显著缩短（P<0.01）。治疗后，治疗组患儿外感风寒证症状（发热、流涕、鼻塞、咳嗽）评分明显低于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗组患儿的总有效率为96.36%，显著高于对照组的81.82%（P<0.05）。治疗期间，两组患儿均未出现明显不良反应。 结论 在常规康复基础上，退热洗剂治疗小儿外感发热外感风寒证疗效明显，且安全可靠，值得临床借鉴。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of antipyretic lotion in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever and exogenous wind-cold syndrome.
