云南文山烤烟上部烟叶主要化学成分可用性分析
摘 要：运用模糊数学方法对云南省文山州烤烟上部烟叶主要化学成分可用性进行分析，结果表明：麻栗坡和文山县烟叶化学成分可用性指数较高，均值分别为0.68和0.65，砚山、马关和广南烟叶化学成分可用性指数较低，丘北烟叶化学成分可用性指数最低。另外，还发现烟碱含量较高，烟叶总糖和还原糖含量较低，可能是造成上部叶化学成分可用性较低的原因之一。

Abstract：Usability of the main chemical components of tobacco leaves （B2F） in Wenshan was evaluated with fuzzy mathematics method in this study. The results indicated that usability index of the main chemical components of tobacco leaves in Malipo and Wenshan were higher， their average value was 0.68 and 0.65， respectively； the usability indexes in Yanshan， Maguan and Guangnan were lower； and the index in Qiubei was the lowest. The lower usability index of the main chemical components of upper tobacco leaves could also be caused by the higher content of nicotine and the lower contents of reducing sugar and total sugar in flue-cured tobacco leaves.
