非编码RNA在糖尿病心肌病中的研究进展

[摘要] 糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因之一,其被定义为独立于冠状动脉疾病和高血压之外的心室功能障碍性疾病,能够诱发心力衰竭、恶性心律失常等心脏疾病,并且具有导致心源性猝死的风险。DCM患者的心脏组织在细胞水平上常常伴随着多种形态上的改变,例如心肌细胞肥大、间质纤维化和心肌内微血管病变等。在这一过程中非编码RNA(ncRNAs)扮演着重要角色,本文总结了目前关于ncRNAs在DCM研究中的一些文献,探讨利用长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)和微小RNA(miRNAs)作为DCM的治疗靶点及生物标志物,为寻求DCM特异性及针对治疗提供新思路与新视野。

[Abstract] Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is one of the important causes of death in diabetic patients. It is defined as a ventricular dysfunction disease independent of coronary artery disease and hypertension. It is defined as ventricular dysfunction independent of coronary artery disease and hypertension, it can induce heart failure, malignant arrhythmia and other heart disease, there is also a risk of sudden cardiac death. Cardiac tissue in DCM patients often undergoes multiple morphological changes at the cellular level, such as cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, interstitial fibrosis, and intramyocardial microvascular disease.
