高校教师心理健康状况的调查分析

摘 要：随着高教体制改革的深入，高校教师负担加重，职业压力不断增大，心理健康问题日益突出，教师压力成为高校不容忽视的问题。本文在文献阅读及参考国内外学者相关研究的基础上，以江西省的南昌大学、南昌航空大学、江西科技师范大学三所高等学校为研究对象，对在校任职教师以随机抽样的方式进行问卷调查，以了解高校教师的压力源、压力状况以及心理健康的现况，从而探讨高校教师压力及应对方式对心理健康的影响，为深化和完善高校制度改革提供科学的理论依据。

Abstract： With the deepening of the reform of higher education system， the increasing of burden， occupational stress and mental health problems， the pressure of university teachers becomes a problem that can not be ignored. On the basis of literatures and previous researches of the domestic and foreign scholars， this paper takes three universities （Nanchang University， Nanchang Hangkong University， Jiangxi Science & Technology Normal University） in Jiangxi Province as the research objects， and carries the questionnaire to the in-service teachers in the school by random sampling methods. By finding out the influence of the pressure and coping styles on their mental health， this work can provide scientific theoretical basis for the deepening and perfecting of university systems.
