无症状性高尿酸血症患者血浆脂联素与抵抗素水平观察

【摘要】 目的：观察无症状性高尿酸血症患者血浆脂联素和抵抗素水平，并与相似年龄、BMI的健康对照组相比较。方法：选取39例无症状性高尿酸血症男性患者作为研究对象，所有研究对象均为初诊患者，未接受药物和饮食治疗。选取39例健康志愿者作为对照组。收集两组血浆标本，利用ELISA技术检测脂联素和抵抗素水平。结果：高尿酸血症组血浆脂联素水平显著低于健康对照组[（4.16±1.95）μg/mL vs （13.37±5.10）μg/mL，P<0.01]，而抵抗素的水平则显著高于健康对照组[（12.53±4.28）ng/mL vs （5.93±3.71）ng/mL，P<0.01]。脂联素与血尿酸水平呈负相关，而抵抗素则与血尿酸水平呈正相关。结论：无症状性高尿酸血症患者的血浆脂联素水平降低，而抵抗素的水平升高，提示高血尿酸可能参与代谢综合征的进程。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the plasma levels of adiponectin and resistin in asymptomatic hyperuricemia subjects，and to compare with those of healthy subjects matched for age and body mass index （BMI）.Method：39 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia and 39 healthy subjects were studied. The plasma levels of adiponectin and resistin were determined by ELISA.Result：Plasma resistin levels in hyperuricemia subjects was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects[（4.16±1.95）μg/mL vs （13.37±5.10）μg/mL，P<0.01]，while adiponectin plasma levels in hyperuricemia subjects was significantly lower than that of [（12.53±4.28）ng/mL vs （5.93±3.71）ng/mL，P<0.01].The former were negative correlation with blood uric acid level， while the latter positively.Conclusion：The findings suggest that asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients have significantly higher resistin plasma levels and significantly lower adiponectin plasma levels than tha...
