新型溶血素在临床检验中的应用价值研究

[摘要] 目的 分析临床检验工作中应用新型（无氰化物型）溶血素的价值。 方法 整群选择2013年1月”2015年2月在该院接受临床检验的109例无血液疾病的健康人作为研究资料，抽取10 mL静脉血作为检验样本，将静脉血分装到两支试管中，每支试管中的血液样本容量均为5 mL，在检验两支试管中的血液样本时分别采用新型与传统型溶血素，得出的血液检验结果分别为新型组与传统组，每组均为109例。结果 新型组PLT值、WBC值、Hb值及RBC值分别为（192.34±10.52）×109/L、（3.67±0.14）×109/L、（135.98±12.54）g/L、（3.86±0.15）×1012/L，传统组为（190.56±11.07）×109/L、（3.68±0.03）×109/L、（121.04±10.51）g/L、（3.82±0.22）×1012/L。新型组与传统组的PLT值、WBC值及RBC值比较差异无统计学意义，传统组中的Hb检验值明显低于新型组中的Hb检验值（P<0.05）。 结论 在临床中应用新型溶血素可以获得相对精确、偏差较小的检验结果。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of new （non-cyanide type） hemolysin in clinical inspection work. Methods 109 cases of healthy people without blood diseases receiving clinical examination in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the research object， 10 ml venous blood of the patients was extracted as the inspection sample and put into two test tubes with 5 ml venous blood in each ，the two test tubes were respectively given new-type and traditional hemolysin test and blood test results were respectively regarded as new-type group and traditional group with 109 cases in each.
