紫杉醇脂质体结合顺铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果分析

[摘要]目的 探讨紫杉醇脂质体结合顺铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法 将2013年9月～2016年5月我院收治的52例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各26例，其中对照组患者采取紫杉醇+顺铂联合化疗方案，观察组则使用紫杉醇脂质体结合顺铂进行化疗。观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果 对照组与观察组患者的总有效率分别为50.00%、57.69%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组患者不良反应中肌肉疼痛、恶心呕吐、皮疹、呼吸困难发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 紫杉醇脂质体+顺铂治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者安全、有效，值得临床推广。
