内浮顶储油罐机器人清洗工艺的设计

摘 要：在国家环保标准逐步细化完善的背景下，相关行业对油品蒸发损耗、大氣污染问题加强了重视，内浮顶储油罐在不同类型油库中得到了广泛的应用。本文以内浮顶储油罐机器人清洗工艺为研究要点，阐述了内浮顶储油罐机器人清洗工艺原理，探究了内浮顶储油罐机器人清洗工艺设计线路，并对内浮顶储油罐机器人清洗工艺设计方案进行了简单的分析。

Abstract：Under the background of the gradual refinement and perfection of national environmental protection standards，the evaporation loss and air pollution of oil products have been paid more attention by relevant industries，and the inner floating roof tank has been widely used in different types of oil depots. In this paper，the robot cleaning technology of inner floating roof tank is taken as the main research point，the principle of robot cleaning technology of inner floating roof tank is expounded，and the design circuit of robot cleaning technology of inner floating roof tank is explored. The design scheme of robot cleaning technology for inner floating roof tank is analyzed simply.

0 引 言
