急诊心血管疾病的超声诊断价值
[摘要] 目的 讨论急诊心血管疾病的超声诊断价值。 方法 现随机选取2017年1～12月我院收治的心血管疾病患者100例进行超声检查，将检查结果和病理结果进行对比。 结果 参与本次调查的100例患者中，超声诊断结果和患者病理结果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；超声诊断检出疾病种类和病理疾病种类差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 在急诊心血管疾病的诊断中可采取超声检查方式，检查效果显著，值得临床推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in cardiovascular diseases in the department of emergency. Methods 100 patients with cardiovascular diseases in our hospital from January， 2017 to December， 2017 received ultrasonic examination. The results of ultrasonic examination were compared with the pathologic results. Results Among the 100 patients in this study， the results of ultrasonic examination were not statistically clinically different from pathologic results （P>0.05）. Kinds of diseases diagnosed by ultrasonic diagnosis were not significantly clinically different from kinds of diseases diagnosed by pathologic method（P>0.05）. Conclusion Diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases in the department of emergency could use ultrasonic examination. The effect of examination is significant and ultrasonic examination is worth clinical promotion and application.
