河南省35～74岁居民糖尿病知晓率、治疗率、控制率分析
【摘要】 目的：了解河南省35～74岁居民糖尿病知晓、治疗及控制情况，为糖尿病的预防和控制提供依据。方法：采用多阶段随机抽样，调查35～74岁常住居民，调查内容包括检测血糖及糖尿病相关情况。结果：2012年河南省35～74岁居民糖尿病知晓率为37.4%，治疗率为28.9%，控制率为10.4%，不同年龄段糖尿病患者的知晓率、治疗率、控制率比较，差异均有统计学意义（ 字2=25.020、21.743、19.284，P<0.001）。城市居民糖尿病知晓率、治疗率、控制率均高于农村居民，差异均有统计学意义（ 字2=56.724、27.301、38.489，P<0.001）。结论：河南省35～74岁居民糖尿病知晓率、治疗率、控制率均处于较低水平，加强对居民糖尿病的健康教育、提高筛检机会和治疗效果和扩大医疗保险覆盖面是糖尿病防控的关键所在。

【Abstract】 Objective：To understand the status of diabetes mellitus awareness，treatment and control in 35～74 years old residents in He’nan Province，and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of diabetes mellitus.Method：Multi stage random sampling was used to investigate the residents of 35-74 years old.
