供给侧结构性改革视角下中国铁路集装箱有限公司推进多式联运策略研究
摘 要：为深度激活市场发展潜力，我国提出了加强供给侧结构性改革的新思路。物流产业作为经济社会发展的先导性产业，在新一轮的供给侧结构性改革中依旧扮演着排头兵的角色，因此推进综合运输体系改革已成为了行业发展的重中之重。推广多式联运作为综合运输体系改革的重要手段，越来越为社会所认可。文章通过对中铁集装箱运输公司的多式联运运输方式、组织方式等方面的研究，从中分析出企业发展多式联运过程中存在的主要问题，并提出加强信息系统建设、完善管理机制、优化组织模式等策略，为企业今后发展提供了参考依据。

Abstract： For depth activate the market potential for development， our country is put forward to strengthen supply side structural reforms to the new way of thinking. Logistics industry as the origin of industry of the economic and social development， on the supply side of the new round of structural reforms in still played a vanguard role， thus promote the reform of comprehensive transportation system has become the top priority in the development of industry. Promotion of multimodal transport as an important means of the integrated transportation system reform， more and more recognized by society. This article through to the CRCT intermodal transportation mode， organization mode of study， we analyzed the main problems of enterprise development in the process of multimodal transport， and put forward to strengthen the construction of information system， improve the management mechanism， optimizing the organization pattern， provides the reference for future development for the enterprise.
