使用案例教学法,提升课堂教学效率
摘 要 作为一门基础性学科,人力资源管理教学的重要性不言而喻,再加上其本身的实践性极强,所以在教学课程当中深受高校教师和学生的关注。案例教学法是新时期教育教学改革条件之下一个引导性很强的教学方法,能够在很大程度上弥补传统教学方式的种种不足之处。本文立足于这一教学方法展开讨论,并结合人力资源管理专业的特点进行深入分析,进而提出提升课堂教学效率的措施。

Use of the Case Teaching Method to Improve
the Efficiency of Classroom Teaching

Abstract As a basic discipline, the importance of human resource management teaching is self-evident, coupled with its own highly practical, so by the university teachers and students to focus on the teaching curriculum. Case Method is under conditions of a new era of educational reform guided strong teaching methods, traditional teaching methods can compensate largely for various deficiencies. This article is based on a discussion of this teaching method, combined with the characteristics of human resource management professional conduct in-depth analysis, puts forward measures to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.

1.1 案例教学法的定义
案例教学法作为一种基础的教育方法,它主要是强调在教师的引导之下,结合教育教学活动的需要,组织学生进行相关的阅读、思考和分析等活动,使得学生能够在实际活动当中加强对于经验的积累,并不断提高自身发现问题和解决问题的能力。从另一方面来看,案例教学法又可以定义为一种启发式教学方法,它重视对学生实践能力的培养,对学生学习有着重要的推动作用。
