方家山核电厂循环水泵保护停泵逻辑的改进
【摘 要】方家山核电厂循环水系统(简称CRF)通过两条独立管道向凝汽器和辅助冷却水系统的设备提供必需的冷却水。在正常运行时,使用两台循环水泵。在从循环水系统逻辑向DCS组态转化时由于DCS厂家对循环水泵控制逻辑理解的差异造成循环水泵保护停泵后又再次重新启动的问题。本文通过对循环水泵的逻辑进行分析和优化使循环水泵保护停泵后再次启动的问题得以解决。

【Abstract】the circulating water system (CRF) of fangjiashan nuclear power plant provides the necessary cooling water to the condenser and auxiliary cooling water system equipment through two separate pipelines. In normal operation, use two circulating pumps. During the transformation from circulating water system logic to DCS configuration, the difference in DCS manufacturer"s understanding of circulating water pump control logic caused the restarting of circulating water pump after the pump protection stopped. This paper analyzes and optimizes the logic of the circulating water pump to solve the problem of restarting the circulating water pump after the pump is stopped.
